AMETEK DFS Application Specific Blowers

AMETEK Dynamic Fluid Solution's ROTRON brand has long been a world leader in regenerative (side channel) blower technologies, bringing regenerative advantages to a new level, providing quiet, maintenance-free, oil free operation. Many of our blower can be used in all of our applications, but some are specifically engineered for commercial spa, high temperature, natural gas and gasoline vapor recovery applications.

Our NC (Nautilair Centraxial) Blowers Include:
  • Fiberglass or aluminum housing
  • Aluminum impellers
  • Permanently sealed bearings for 50,000 hours life

Our Instrument Grade and Variable Flow SE (Minispiral) Blowers Include:
  • AC and DC versions available for world voltages and maximum flow variability
  • Glass filled molded phenolic impeller; aluminum and phenolic case
  • 30,000 hour bearing life
  • Small size and lightweight construction
  • Compact Design at 4.2" diameter
  • Quiet to NC-47 office equipment standards

Our SPA Blowers Include:
  • Rugged cast aluminum housing, cover, impeller, and muffler tower
  • Removable cast iron flanges bolted to a sheet metal manifold
  • ODP Spa Duty ATO motors on 1-2 HP single phase models
  • TEFC motors on single-ended high HP models, ODP motors on all double-ended models
  • Carbon steel shaft and zinc plated hardware
  • Permanently sealed Motor bearings for 20,000-25,000 hours life

Our SL (Spiral Regenerative Blowers) Include:
  • Rugged diecast aluminum housing, endbell(s) and impeller(s)
  • Sheet metal aluminum covers
  • Motor internal to the blower parts for extremely compact envelope dimensions
  • Muffler Material encased inside the housing or maximum noise reduction
  • Low amp draw with highly efficient motor
  • Permanently sealed bearings for 20,000-25,000 hours life
  • Hermetically sealed models designed for glovebox use variability

Our MD (Mag Drive) Blowers Include:

  • Ability to disconnect motor without disassembling from piping
