Windjammer/Nautilair/ROTRON Transportation
In order for your RMA request to be processed you must complete the form for your respective products. Once we receive this information and the return is approved, you will be issued an RMA number. The issued RMA will be valid for a period of 45 days. Please note: We cannot issue warranties to out of warranty products.


ROTRON Regenerative Blowers 
In order for your RMA request to be processed you must complete the form for your respective products. Once we receive this information and the return is approved, you will be issued an RMA number. The issued RMA will be valid for a period of 45 days. Please note: It is AMETEK ROTRON's policy to repair or replace, not to give credit. If your customer buys another unit instead of waiting for our repair/replace decision he will now own two units.

Customers will be responsible for freight back to Saugerties (ROTRON Regenerative Products)
